I am married and have two children named Ashley and Charles. My wife, Lisa, and I were married in 2001.

The following is a timeline of events in my life. Continuing education is something I believe is very important regardless of one's age.
- 1988 - Graduated from Vienna High School
- 1989 - 1995 - Served as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy.
- Accomplishments include completing the following Navy education:
- Navy Electronics School
- Nuclear Power School
- KG-84 training
- TACAN training
- WRN-6 GPS
- Novell Netware
- Awarded Navy Achievement and Good Conduct medals.
- Obtained my amateur radio operators (HAM) license (N9YMJ) and a maritime radio operators permit from the FCC
- 1996 - Began working at VCI Internet Service as support technician/web designer
- Earned the following certifications
- 2001 - Got married. :-)
- 2001 - My wife and I opened a consignment store in Paducah called Trendy Repeats
- 2007 - Obtained a Kentucky real estate license and began working as a REALTOR with Prudential Premiere Realty
- Earned NAR e-PRO certification
- Began studying to obtain a Graduate REATOR Institute (GRI) designation
- 2009 - Graduated from West Kentucky Community and Technical College with an Associate of Arts degree and began classes at Murray State University working on a Business Administration degree. Also started BLAC Properties, LLC which I use for my rental home business.
In my professional life I am working to complete a bachelors degree in business administration and intend to continue my education by earning a master's in business adminstration. I also plan to obtain my pilot's license in the next few years.
